Newbie in need of help! 'is3Base5.dll'??

I don't know too much about computers but I've recently purchased a new laptop with McAffee virus protection. For some reason it's stopped working and whenever I try to install different Anti virus software it can't because the file 'is3Base5.dll' is missing. I've skimmed the internet and all I could find is that It's potentially a virus.

I'm not sure how to fix it and could really do with some advice!

Download and run a program called "combo fix" from here: A guide and tutorial on using ComboFix Odds are, if it's a virus, that will clear it up.
