My desktop looks like a folder and all icons are White

Like title says my desktop has the folder options on the left and almost all my icons are white. when i click to open anything it tells me to open this from program select from list or from the web. how can i fix this the internet is about the only thing that is working on here.

Try doing a virus scan using Anti-Malwarebytes.

i belive its called Malwarebytes not anti-malware if its a anti it will install malware lol silly i have a anti-avg lol

Actually it's called Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. As in the company's name is Malwarebytes and it's their Anti-Malware software.
