My Computer Is Infected With Spyware

Hi,

A blue screen with the above in red letters just appeared after Windows update, now cant do anything. I have AVG and Superantispyware but cant access them and they are not on the browser but there is a red shield with a cross on it.Suggests I run system tool which shows all sorts of bad things are happening but asking for payment to rectify this, hope someone can help please. Have windows XP using firefox

Have you tried starting in safe mode ?

I have a prob. i downloaded all the 5 repair utilities (xp repair, vista x86 + x64 and 7 X86 + X64) and i am having trouble accessing them. i wonder if you could point me in the right direction.

I checked all 5 rapair utilities (listed above) an created a iso. i then burnt this using IMGBurn. i rebooted and it booted from cd and i got this

Do you know how I would be able to access the repair items that i downloaded ? i have tried the two options under boot form HD and they bring up loads of different tools nothing to do with the repair that I wanted.

Also i have checked and the files are in the sources file on the buranble iso.
