Mass emailing worm/virus in hotmail
Hi guys its been a while since I was here so Il cut to the chase. I seem to have some mass email WORM OR VIRUS in my hotmail as its is sending loads of spam mail to my contacts, I have scanned my pc with my AV and Antispyware and it finds NO threats, as MSM is an online server how can I remove or stop this as I cant seem to find a scanner or solution to this problem.

I have this issue to, and have siezed to use my email account. Its been banned a couple times.

just like trying to delete files that are in use, Virus scanners cant force-delete on files, executables or dependancies that have ties to processing running on your PC.
Hit CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and look through the process list for anything you dont recognise. After that, run MBAM and/or Avast! scans from inside Safe Mode. if all else fails, back up your stuff and re-install your OS. its the only GUARANTEED malware removal method.
