How can i get rid of a keylogger permanently?? plzzzzz HELP?

I downloaded this remote keylogger for a trial but i didn't run it and whenever i try to move it's files to trash it tells me i'm unable to do that because it's in use and i'm trying to STOP IT!! please HELP

Ctrl+Alt+Del.

End the Process.

Then remove it.

Exactly , just end the process and remove it but sometime some of the spy ware needs to turn on the " show all folder " from control panel so that you will be able to see the path for the software in order to be remove.
