Dell Laptop, Virus/Malware, Keeps turning off.
So I told my Co-worker that I would remove the viruses off his laptop, I have loaded eset nod and kaspersky but halfway through the scans it always turns off. Is there any other options before I killdisk it and reload an OS on it?

Run HiJackThis and MalwareBytes in safe mode.
