Computer randomly died out on me

So I was on the SRK (shoryuken) forums just browsing really, and all of a sudden my PC powers down.
I attempt to turn it back on and now instead of the normal start up after the "Compaq" logo I get the DOS Error sound and this shows up

It gives me the option of bringing up the start up menu and the ability to change my boot mode but my PC powers down randomly after the "compaq" menu.

I used Norton 360 and MWBytes

Anyone know why I cant turn my PC on or/and a way to fix this?

now that i think about it the only unsafe site i visited was Photobucket...
I dont have any info on what exactly was wrong with that site and I cant risk getting this PC bugged with .... AVG..... protection...
Just posting more info

So after some research I found out there's something wrong with my BIOS files.
And without my bios files my PC won't/shouldn't work.
Anyone know how to fix this?

if you're missing BIOS files you've nothing to lose, try a BIOS flash.

also what do you mean 'Bugged with AVG protection' ?

Norton is the biggest heap of Sh!t ive ever wasted money on tbqh.

Just curious, can you get into BIOS?

I would try what Darkseeker had mentioned, flash the BIOS.
