Default AVG and Windows

I have the free version of AVG security. Would it be better to disable all of my Windows security? The reason being to make my computer better.

turn on AVG, leave the Windows firewall on.

turn off any other security you have (security essentials, windows defender, UAC)

and you should be fine.

there are other firewalls that can be used, a company i know of use Firewall+ on their domain.

problem is, its really.. conspicuous. Its rare to notice Windows firewall to be fair.
