I usually got BSOD [Blue Screen of Death] problems like..

I've done uninstalling the programs I don't need and it still hangs. I have an anti virus and updates it always... and nothing happens.

Whenever I put CD(software-installing) in Drive D, the CD doesn't start installing and then it says that there's no disk in drive D.. even if it has a CD... Also if I put CD(music), it still doesn't...

yeah i have. i am using the firewire for transferring the videos into my pc... [that's its job right?] i have a usb... but it doesn't work for transferring videos.. it's just for transferring...

how do i know if its internal or external? all i know is.. it is just a cable that is the same as the usb... but i don't know y it doesn't fit the plug into my digicam and pc. =(
