Default XP SP2 Login Recorder

I'm looking for a program that will tell me when someone attempts to sign in to my account. Like someone types in the password and the program can tell me what time it was, what the password they tried, and if it was successful or not. And I'm also looking for something that will record every file, menu, and button they click on with the mouse. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.

You're looking for some kind of keylogger then. That'll be able to record each thing a person on a specific PC does. There are freeware ones but they probably don't have the capability to record mouse clicks on menus etc. Commercial versions do exist that can.
New laptop:
2.1 Ghz Core 2 Duo processor :: nVidia GT150m :: 15.6" HD LCD :: 4gb RAM :: 320gb HDD

New player: iPhone 4 32gb
