Default Writing a program

Hey guys, i have some software on my computer that controls remote cameras(left, right, up, down). The problem i have right now is, you have to click up and the camera will go up and then you have to click stop to make it stop going up. I would love to write a program or something that would allow me to set like hotkeys ex. up arrow make the camera tilt up and the left right arrow make it go left or right. Does anyone know what i might be able to do to accomplish this? Thanks alot! Eddie

What's the original program? Have you got the source? What's the interface (web browser, client program etc.)? What's the program written in? Have you got any programming experience?
