Default What languages for a GUI?

I was wondering if domeone could give me a list of languages that make it possible to create a gui? thanks.

Graphical interfaces can be created in almost any language,

C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, Java (not javascript), PHP (with GTK extensions) PERL with graphical extensions. also programs like Multimedia builder can be used, making some projects very easy...

you should evaluate and choose a development tools relating to yuor needs, as oppose to what sounds good to learn.
