Hi,
I learned C++ in my college CS courses, but never learned how to make visual programs. I downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ and started using that, but it was only a 30-day trial. Are there any freeware programs that do the same thing?

You can use the express edition which is free and has no time restriction. IF you want a good open sourse program you can use dev-c++
