Default Visual Basic 2005 Express, totaly unstable??

I've downloaded VB 2005 Express and so far acheved nouthing with it. It locks up for about 30 seconds every time I change directory in th eoprn dialouge. Now its just locked up totaly.

Does anyone else fine it to be this unstable. Its worse than jelly.

Yea. I used it for ten minutes, then gave up. Use Dev C++ or Borland.

I have an assesment to do in VB, but I "aquierd" the old version from another source.

The lecturer pisses me off so I want to get her subjects totaly finished over this weekend.

You mean VB6? It's fine, I've used it without any problems.

No, Visual Basic 2005 Express.

I'm using VB 6 now. excep I brought the wrong files home to work on :'(

Theres allways somthing. I blame it on Connchri.
