VBA problem

Hi all. I got a problem here that I hope someone will help me out with. I'm currently working on a project that requires me to count all the filled-cells in a particular column across multiple, identical Excel worksheets. The sheets are numbered "01", "02", etc, corresponding to the days in a month. Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Could someone tell me how I can create a macro or something to achieve this? Thanks alot.
