these files cannot be opened.

OK.
Some things I download and try to install will open a box that says: "These files cannot be opened, Your internet security settlings prevented one or more files from being opened."

I play video games such as oblivion and fallout and it won't let me download and open mod files. I tried to reinstall winrar and it will not let me install it.

Any help will be appreciated.

p.s if this is in the wrong category then i'm sorry because I didn't know which one to put it in.

Your firewall software preventing the file to be open. Try to check firewall setting and fix the error

Click on Control Panel option and it will bring up new dialog box Adjust your computer's settings. There is a option named Programs. Click on it.

Search there any firewall realated sofware installed like mcafee,AVG, kaspersky etc or send me the screenshot of installed program lists
