Program HELP

i have a HP Pavilion a1267c computer and when i try to view system info a box pops out saying C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe Application not found and when i try 2 open a program like paint or calculator and other programs a box pops out saying in bolt Open With and then it says "choose the program you want to use to open this file:" "File: calc.exe" then then it has programs.if u need more details let me know im not really a computer dude so help me outssssss

Wasn't sure of your exact problem so I didn't some searching and found that this will probably fix it.

In some browsers it will just show text, if so:
Copy all the text on the page, copy it into notepad and save as a .reg file.
Does not matter what you name it just make sure to put ".reg" at the end. (with out quotes)
Run the file it might ask you if you are sure you want to make those changes, click yes. Restart your computer and you should be fine.
