please help me!!!!!!!!

i closed explorer.exe from the task manager
and now my computer doesnt turn on
i tried restarting it but this message comes up
i says please insert syetm's cd and press R to repair
i can find the cd and i have no clue what to do
i have important files on my computer please help

Can you get into Windows?

If so; Control Alt Delete will bring up the Task Manager - go to File and click Run. type 'explorer' into the Box and it will open up the Explorer.

no i can go into windows
i cant even go to the set up screen when u press f8
as soon as i start this it comes up

You're not trying to get into Windows Set up through the F8 Setup are you?
