Smile Need a RAM program

Hi guys!! I have this great desire to get this program. I have 2GB of RAM (was dumb enough to buy so much) but I have a 1.8 processor. Question: Is there a program that could run the programs that I want in backround (freeze them while they run so they don't take any CPU) so when I click it runs immediatly

Thanks a lot guys!!
I'd really appreciate your help

if you look at the task manager (ctrl alt del), you can set thread prioriy so that you can give very low priority to task that are unimportant and more importance to tasks that you want doing quickly.
