Need help with xp sp2

So i got this key for windows xp sp2 and i know its legal but xp does not accept it and i cant aford a newone does anyone know of a crack or something....anything

asking for a key crack is illegal on here, your better off just calling up micro$oft and asking them for a replacement key.
