Need help for mail function anybody?

I recently developed new website in help of some developers but any of them didn't know to fix this issue that i have...i will post here a picture and briefly describing what i need i hope that is how you can help me. If not i can easily post code and you give me your feedback...thanks

ok so those are forms that i have and i need when someone fills those forms i receive those info and then they go to moneybookers or that other checking box which is 2checkout payment gateway..
