Question How to redirect LPT?

Hello everybody.

I need to redirect the LPT communications to either a file or another direction different than 0x378, 0x379 and 0x37A. The thing is that any computer now has an LPT port and I have some programs that use that port to send data out the pc.

Basically I need to someway "convert" this LPT enabled devices to some other port or even a file.

I was thinking that maybe it's possible to specify another address different than 0x378 and be able to read this address in a C program

Do you think it is possible anything like this?
