Default How exactly can I fix this???

Every time I boot up my computer, I would get a message to reset to factory default by pressing F10.....now I have pressed F10 before (after I had already loaded programs to CD), and everything was running very smooth.....but it keeps happening. I was aware that there had been other members who had asked this question before...I just didn't know what to type in the 'search' button

Any advice guys??\

Thank you,

Do you know what the message says exactly? Post that up here and then we can do a little searching on it and help you out.
