Help on Java

hey i have downloaded ProjectX_Source_0.9 which basicly lets put recorded Digital TV files into a DVD file and lets you edit it like for instance if the sound is out of sinc....but the twist is they only give you the Source inside the files there is a .BAT file in it that lets you run it but you have to direct it to Java so it can use it as a tool to run the program. here is the code of the file i have tryed and failed i was just wondering if anyone here could help me.
