When I was downloading something, I made it open with Internet Explorer, and accidentaly hit "Always open with this program" or something, Now whenever I download something, it brings it up, and closes it, and its messed up, Is there anything I can do to change that, "Always open with this program" , so I can open it with something else ?

The easiest way will probably be to create a blank file of that type (just right click somewhere, create a new text document and rename the .txt extension to the relevant file extension. Right click on that, go to "open with..."
You can then select your program that you want to open the file with, and hit "always open with this program" to change the default.
