Default error message comes up

just wondering when i try to get out of internet explorer by clicking the X button this error message comes up and i dont know how to fix it.

Looks to me like something's corrupted. Does this happen every time?

Have you been playing with the script. If so: GOOD JOB!, Experimenting shows you example programming.

If not, GOOD JOB!, If you are a n00b programmer, you won't mess anything up!

I would say that there is another program that conflicts with IE.
