Default Eclipse C++ Platform Unresolved Inclusion

When I try to include any header files such as:

#include < stdio.h>

Eclipse returns an error saying it is an unresolved inclusion. I have read elsewhere that I need to manually include the header files but none of these sites provide a detailed way on how I should do this.

I'm a Windows user by the way.

Thanks for any help.
