Default Django Model API using MySQL: INNER JOIN

anyone know how to do an MySQL INNER JOIN in Django's model query API?

I want to get something like this:

Code:
select a.myName, a.myAddedDate, b.myCred, b.myNote from mywords_myword as a INNER JOIN mywords_credential as b on (a.myword_id =b.id)
