Decompilers

hii..
im a newbie here. wanted to ask, i know there are java decompilers.. has any one of u ever experimented with any of them? ive searched through the net and iv found 'JAD' as a decompiling engine, but dunno how to use it!! and r there other decompiling engines?!
wut about C++, does it have any decompilers?

i suppose every language i've come upon that can be compiled can also be decompiled. except java thats been compiled to machine code instead of byte code, i haven't seen anything for that.

no, there r java decompilers, i know that. iv just tried 1; 'DJ Java'. i think it uses JAD as a decomiler engine, r there any other engines?...dunno!! i need some 1 to tell me about that.
they r useful when u lose ur .java source code, then all u hv to do is just decompile the .class file n here u r... u get the source code again.
but wut im not sure about is the C++ ones? did u experiment any of them? f yes, plz name it to me
