counter strike:source

hi, everyone im having trouble playing counter strike or any other games online like americas army and such, so this is what happens. i will find a server in counter strike, click on it then it does all that connecting crap and stuff. when i finally get in or like when that first screen pops up that says the name of the server. well when that screen pops up counter strike quits and something pops up and says the ialarmrnt5 has not worked properly and then i have to restart my comp. and for americas army i will try to log in but something pops up and says that my profile couldn't be loaded. or something.

Yeah, maybe a viruses or sommat. Maybe it's your firewall settings? How old is your comp? Yeha, as money man said, specs, just in case.
