Default Batch File Messenger

Hey. I was just wondering if you guys could help out my friend. He is an administrator at a small private school. After school, he messages every single computer on the network to tell them that school is done and that computers need to be turned off. Is it possible that you guys could write a batch file that will accomplish this task? He's looking for a batch file that would accept input and then do a "net send" command do every single computer in a text file. thanks.
