I'm not sure if this is in the right forum (if it isn't please move to the appropriate place).
I am making a website, and want to create a calorie counter program (or find someone who knows how to work with me). I tried to google this, but it just takes me to a bunch of places that have it, and not links to show you. |

You will need some kind of database that contains the calories of foods to link everything up to. the USDA publishes a free one you can download and use as part of your program:
Nutrient Data Products and Services How you actually do it, varies by your programming language of choice.
