I am planning on programming a software with interactive 3D images. I am planning on programming in C/C++ but I am not very sure what program or language I should use to put together the images.
Does anyone know what program I could use to model 3D interactive images and incorporate them into my C/C++ program ? By interactive, I mean 'drag & drops', click on part of image for other pop-up windows, animated images, etc.
