What do you think about this Graphic Card? is this good for me?

Hey i want to buy a graphic card for gaming purpose..
i want to play games like gta iv on my pc so i decided to buy a new GPU
i am ought to buy this MSI ATI Radeon 4350-D 512H 512MB GDDR2.. i can afford only this card because i don't have too much money for radeon 5800,etc..
what do you think about this graphic card.. should i buy it??

i hate R3450 coz its noobish.

Card is terrible. It is designed for video playback, not gaming.

Save for a better card. HD 4670 is a good card.

That is not how it works. The graphics memory is addressed by the GPU, not the CPU. It could be any type of vRAM and it will still work.

Again, not a gaming card. Save some money and buy a decent card. This would be: HD 4670 or higher, 9600 GT/GSO or higher, 8800 GT/GTS/GTX/GS/ultra (lol too many brandings), or a GT 240.

Less than that will be very disappointing for gaming.

If this is too much, you can get a Nvidia 9600 GT for about $80.
