I really need help because I don't really understand computers that much. If someone could take the time and help me review all of the specs, that would be much appreciated. I'm also planning to add Windows Vista 64-Bit.

OK first of all if you could tell me your budget and purpose, I could help you better.

But assuming from what I got here, you have a mid-low budget to spend.

CPU: Go for AMD processors with Dual core. Approx 3.0 GHz Dual core for AMD Athlon series or Phenom series would be good enough.

Motherboard: Whichever motherboard that supports the CPU, GPU and RAM.

RAM: DDR2 SDRAM (800-1067MHz) with 4Gig memory.

GPU: Nvidia 9600GT, 9800GT or higher if your budget allows. Or ATI HD 4700+ if good.

HDD: Conventional HDD with 5400RPM, 500GB space or higher.

Optical Drive: 22X DVD drive.

PSU: 450 Watts or more power supply.
