IMO, air cooling is better, not only for leaks and all that, overall, its very good. It would be better if you had 3 fans on the top and 3 fans at the bottom, then lay your computer flat(even if its a tower case). Back on topic, the Noctua D-14 is one of the best fans out there.

ok so i have desided to buy a pelter, but which one?
the most powerful one!
but where can i buy one of these in australia????
how much??

ok i can put another water block in a cpu water loop and have the cool side of the pelter towards the block then have the cpu air cooler attached and knock a few degrees off without having to risk getting condensation on the mobo, would mount it out side the case.

Anyone still using a peltier?

You may want to do some reading about peltier coolers. Do you have a big enough power supply?
