Unfoundable BIOS and Graphic Card updates!

Dear Dell laptop users from all over,

Good evening, first of all! Now, I am NOT what you might call a technical person, and... to make the (very!) long story as short as possible, I 'would' need a BIOS over-clocking,... as well as a Graphic Card one! Further on, the sole problem is that I also do NOT quite know how to pull this up! :P :? So, after extensively reading through tens of likewise forums and trying a relatively equal number of times with one of my favorite PC games (i.e., "Star Wars - The Force Unleashed 2"), that keeps on crashing as soon as the campaign screen seems to load, I have given-up and turned to you, guys. Oh!, and I know of this game's technical issues! I mean, I have read about them quite extensively! Sadly enough, though, I only managed in assimilating the necessary advice for taking Direct-X Diagnostics and Everest's AIDA-64 snapshots. ^:^ Thus, I managed to curtail the necessary info from within the following uploads... Also... Still, from "Everest's AIDA-64".
