I was looking for a way to overclock my 6 core AMD processor but there were no useful options for it in my BIOS. After looking around for a while, I heard about the fancy UEFI bios alternative. I looked at my motherboard specs and such (Asus CM-1730-05), and found this PC Mag article { Asus Essentio CM1730-05 } which stated that my computer/motherboard "...has an extensively customizable UEFI, a graphical BIOS replacement".
The problem is that there are no UEFI options in BIOS or anything relevant and I have no idea how to get to it if it's there. I just found about UEFI an hour ago and I don't know if I have no idea what i'm talking about, but can someone explain to me what to do to get UEFI? Thanks! |
