on a stock cooler on a intel i3, is it normal for it to idle at 200F (93.3C)???? its not overclocked!

Thats more than a lil' hot there. Intel's coolers are general crap. Try getting one of these:Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-CCTF92-4 92mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler , free TX-2 Thermal Paste Included Inside
