Sony Vaio E series vents and overclocking.

First off, it's pretty awesome for one section to handle both my questions. haha
Second, I'm wondering which way air circulates on the bottom vents. In or out? I can't seem to tell. And how in the world do I use the TurboBoost option? The manual isn't helping too well. haha I await your answers. Thank you.

Usually with laptops its in through the bottom and out through the side or back.
