Everything looks good except the ram. You won't be able to do much with only 1gb. If I were you I would upgrade the ram to 4gb or more. You also might want to overclock that processor to maybe 3.6ghz.

Looks pretty good, I've never heard of that PSU though. I would strongly recommend swapping it for a more respectable, reliable brand (Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, etc.)
6/10, a better PSU would make it around a 7.5

Agree with SG king on that, PSU is a very important component, and usually it will take other things with it if it goes. Most of the time it seeth itms, the PSU will take either the GPU, mobo or CPU with it.
Fractal cases are the embodiment of bad-ass so i give you an 8/10.
