Yeah,
I'm most likely going to get a noctua d14, i've just got to get money in my bank account. I've also been doing alot of research and experimenting with overclocking, so once i get it i think i will be running the q9550 around 3.5ghz

Nice, good choice of cooler. Can't wait to see your system finished.
