Default Overclocking GTX 285

Hey ladies and gents. This is my first post here and Im not really really knowledgable about computers. I did build mine myslef and set everything up. I am going to leave my processor where it is until I get a bigger badder cooler for it. I did get an aftermaket but dont think it performs much better than the stock one. I want to overclock my 285 a bit but im not sure what to start turning up and by how much. Does anyone have much experience with these cards and oCing them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
