Default Overclocking Athlon 3200 Orleans?

Yo, that dell Po'd me so I did some evil stuff to it. It did not live :P Now that I have a crapton of parts laying around, I managed to pull this together:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Orleans(200x10)
ASrock A770DE+ AM2/AM2+/AM3
4GB quad channel generic crapram
XFX ONE HD5450 1gb
Seagate 7200.9 160GB (This hard drives gotta be like 300 millenia old now, it just wont die!)
Windows 7 64

It gets a 4.0 on the WEI for CPU.
Its got a stock cooler on it.
Runs cold (max 43C)

I want to know the approximate maximum stable O/C for this combo.
I don't care if I burn up the CPU, im fixing to slap in a 975 Phenom

Adn, is this board really any good for any overclocking? I don't have a great history with ASrock boards...
