I had a Arctic cooler back then, so long ago now I don't remember the codename/model name now. Are they still rated?

What do you mean by "rated?" the reviews on it look good and its supposed to be really quiet

Yeah i whent with a hyper T4 instead since the fan is replaceable and after rebate its only $14
