I'm new to OCing, but I've been reading about it, so I decided to try it. I have an Q8300 OCed to 2.9ghz. Anything higher and it either hangs at POST, refuses to load GRUB, or if I'm able to get into Windows, it will either BSOD at the splash screen, when I try to log in, or just randomly. I guess my question is is this as high as I can go? I'm running on air cooling.
