I finally got around to the pile of intel parts that my dead Asrock board left behind, I got a Biostar G41-M7, and researched how far it could be oc'ed on stock. I found several posts on other threads pointing out 3.4 being the highest you could go on stock.

I took it to 3.4(297x11), and I am impressed at how my cpu cooler is holding it at 45-48C (under load). A few of my games still seem a little choppy/slow loading with the eye candy turned up, (RoR, Gmod, etc). I was thinking about jumping to 3.8. But how far should i adjust my voltages?

Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 3.4 (40C-48C)(1.200 Volts)
Biostar G41-M7
Kingston 2gb DDR2-667 @ 790Mhz
Sapphire Radeon HD-5770-XT
160Gb Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 Sata II
Windows Vista Buisness-64

However much you need to be stable and feel comfortable at the same time.

Also, if you're stuttering it's probably because you need more RAM. Keep an eye on your HDD activity light next time you're gaming.

FC2 dd crash the other day, it was stuttering alot whenever i used a car, I am plaiing to get 4 gigs of 800. I cant be disapointed though, it is Vista on 2gb...
