Okay, I finally got Need For Speed Pro Street installed on my 1GHz (overclocked, getting a 'real' 1GHz processor soon, maybe a 1.4GHz Tualatin) Pentium 3 Coppermine. It runs. Not only that, it's playable at about 9 FPS (yes, I consider this painful yet headache-inducing). Keep in mind that this is supposed to have a MINIMUM of a 3GHz single-core.
P.S. anyone know what would happen if I put a Tualatin core in a motherboard that isn't 'special' for the Tualatins? |

could you do a liquid cooling, faster Ram, and a 1.6ghz clock with a 1ghz Pentium?
I overclocked my 1.73 Ghz Pentium M in my dad's Toughbook to 2Ghz, they run, pretty cold, i have to say...

Probably, if I could find a 1GHz Pentium Coppermine for a decent price, I'd probably try, but I hear they can't get past 1.1GHz.
