Default How to overclock my video card?

I decided to wait until September 10th before getting a new vid card.

Right now I want to see how much I can @ my current 9800GTX, but need some starting date to play around with. I have the latest River Tuner v2.24c. What is a good program to run to do a stress test on my card? Does anyone have any suggestions on the starting numbers I should @ it to? I never @ a vid card so any suggestions would be helpful.
