would just like to say, this thing is awesome
  however, fitting this thing on an AMD CPU sucks :/ stupid intel, with there push pin things.

Yeah, that's the downer of the AMD retention system. Most of the time heatsinks have to sit horizontally due to heatpipe arrangement.
Wire-management tip: Rotate the fan so the cable comes out the bottom, closest to the motherboard, then tuck the cable underneath the heatsink in-between the heatpipes. Helps tidy it up a bit.
